Neighbors Respond to Boat Fire by Sue Orsen. “We were out on Lake Minnetonka June 17th, leisurely cruising near the Excelsior shoreline, when I spooted a bar off in the distance, with a boat in tow, a larger cruiser half of which was burnt to a crisp.”

Neighbors Respond to Fire Alarm by Nan Emmer, Victoria, MN. “On Friday night, June 7th, we came home to fire trucks, firefighters, and flashing lights, to discover that our neighbors saved our house from burning down.”

Water and Oil by Sue Orsen. “We picked up Mom and Dad about noon at their farm home near Ghent and took off for Tioga, North Dakota, for Gunnar’s First Communion.”
