The deli includes an enticing array of salads such as Buffalo Chicken Salad and Greek Feta Pasta Salad, prepared meats such as Grilled Chicken with Garlic Sauce, and slabs and rolls of meats to slice for sandwiches. There is a make-your-own-salad bar and olive bar and also a large assortment of cheeses and roasted artichoke hearts and high end pasta. Many of the bakery goods are baked in-house, as one might expect from a grocery store with the word “fresh” in its name. The assortment of breads, buns, rolls, biscuits, muffins, donuts, apple fritters, danishes, cookies, cakes, cheesecakes, and pies, is absolutely sinful. Said Dale, “We make caramel rolls to die for and we’ve got the best croissants, better than in Paris.” |

The proposal for Victoria also includes a complete pharmacy, which is a resurrection of the Mike Zoss Drug Store by son Barry Zoss. An 8 x 10 glossy photo of the late Mr. Zoss is prominently displayed in the Glen Lake store.
