To the Editor: Hi, Sue. We saw you in church last Saturday at a First Communion Mass but you ducked out before we could visit. Maybe next time. Sure missed you at the piano. We are back in Minnesota for the summer. Could you please send the paper to us at Clear Lake? We are getting settled so I will send our subscription check in a few days. Thank you. Mary and John Carse Clear Lake, Minnesota
To the Editor: Thanks, Sue. Lots of great photos in the May issue and in your online Album. We'll link to it from our Facebook page. John Hayes, Enki Brewing Victoria, Minnesota
To the Editor: I especially enjoy your recipe section by Christie Schlueter. Stella Nicklow Victoria, Minnesota
To the Editor: I just read a letter to the editor in your May issue by resident Joel Ash. The letter summarized my feeling about the recent lawsuit brought by a few residents of Victoria. From everything I read on this issue, I saw no real damage or purpose in the lawsuit, but instead observed well intentioned city leaders being targeted on a technicality. I saw a waste of taxpayers' resources/dollars. I feel empathy towards those city leaders who were sued, the time and money they needed to invest to defend themselves, and the stress toll that surely resulted. What a shame. Jane Wagner Excelsior, Minnesota
To the Editor: Nice photos in Sue's Album. Thank you, Sue, for being there, recording the arrival and installation of the Victoria sculpture and all the new elements in Victoria that enhance the quality of life within our unique community. Jeff Hartman Victoria, Minnesota
To the Editor: I just got a forward of this lovely link, "Hedtke Home Down" in Sue's Album, that you created, with photos of the old family home being torn down. Brings tears to my eyes seeing my family legacy just gone in a blink of an eye and time continuing. Joyce was my very dear and close grandmother. We had a close relationship but she didn't talk much of life in Minnesota so I don't know much about her parents and so forth. Thank you for this. Jessica Mothershead Alaska
To the Editor: Good morning. I loved your article about your trip last month. The fishhook is on page 16 in the DMA Dentistry ad, around the flower petal. Thanks, Sue, for a great paper. Judy Koch Waconia, Minnesota
To the Editor: Thank you so much for such nice coverage in your May paper regarding the family doctor of the year award. That was very kind and I appreciate it. Have a good day. Dr. Scott Jensen Chaska, Minnesota
To the Editor: Thanks, Sue. Loved your "Nashville" story last month. Gail Buller Victoria, Minnesota
