Property Taxes. The first half of property taxes is due on May 15th. Second half is due October 15th.
City Council Meetings. Held the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers on Rose Street. May 9th and May 23rd.
Gazette Deadline. Deadline for the June issue of the Gazette is Monday, 23rd.
Mothers' Day. Sunday, May 8th. President Woodrow Wilson proclaimed May 9th, 1914, Mother's Day and a national holiday. Each year on the second Sunday in May.
Victoria Lions meet the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the Victoria Hall on Rose Street at 6:30 p.m.
Victoria Business Council meets on an irregular basis.
Victoria Senior Citizens meet weekly on Thursdays at the Acorn House in Diethelm Park.
