Candidate Forum for Victoria Mayor and Council races will be held in the City Council Chambers at Victoria City Hall, 7951 Rose Street, on Tuesday, October 14th, at 7:00 p.m. Candidate Forum for MN State Legislatives in District 34A and 34B will be held in the Council Chambers at Chaska City Hall, One City Hall Plaza, on Monday, October 27th, at 6:30 p.m.

Music Recital. A benefit recital for Southern Valley Alliance for Battered Women will be held at the St. Victoria Catholic Church on Sunday, October 19th, at 3 p.m. Those participating with voice, flute, and piano are Jamie Moore, Director of Music and Liturgy for the St. Victoria Catholic Church in Victoria; Peggie Doerrie; Sharon Schindler; and Dawn Baker. Selections will include classical, contemporary, and sacred pieces. Free will donations will be accepted.

Victoria City Council Meetings. The regularly scheduled city council meetings in Victoria will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 11th, and Thursday, September 25th.

Victoria Lions meet the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the Victoria Hall on Rose Street at 6:30 p.m.

Victoria Chamber of Commerce meets on an irregular basis.

Victoria Senior Citizens meet weekly on Thursdays at the Acorn House in Diethelm Park.

Victoria Toastmasters meet the second and fourth Thursdays at 7:00 p.m.
