Customer Service Commitment. We’ve worked with the City of Victoria to develop processes for providing pre-construction inspections of properties near the construction; working with residents to resolve construction-related disputes, concerns or claims; and providing residents information about the construction. We hope you will retain these materials for future reference and would be happy to make additional copies available. We will hold weekly walk-in sessions for residents who would like to drop in and visit. These sessions with Tom Buchal will be held from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays at the MCES construction trailer to be located just inside the entrance to South Lake Virginia Shores Park. We plan to begin these sessions in November, and will notify you of the exact starting date. We also are developing a website where you’ll find additional information about the project. Go to www.metrocouncil.org/water/index/htm. Under the “Customer Service” heading, click on “Construction Updates.” We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding while we work to deliver improved and expanded facilities to meet the wastewater service needs of Victoria and the surrounding area.
