BOAT DESIGN. The role of the boat industry and other private sector partners in preventing the spread of Aquatic Invasive Species in our lakes was the topic of a symposium in March at the Kelly Inn in St. Paul where the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District and the MN Association of Watershed Districts presented the forum in partnership with the Water Sports Industry Association, the MN Aquatic Invasive Species Research Center, and Tonka Bay Marina. Boat manufacturers and other private sector partners are playing a critical role in finding long term solutions. Telly Mamayek, MCWD Minnetonka, Minnesota |
