Victoria Fishing Contest. Sunday, February 3^rd, on Stieger Lake in Victoria. Sponsored by the Victoria Fire Depart-ment.

Victoria City Council Meetings. Thursday, January 10^th, and Thursday, January 24^th, at City Hall on Rose Street, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Victoria Bloodmobile. The Red Cross Bloodmobile, sponsored by the Victoria Lions, will be at the Field House in Victoria on Monday, January 21^st, from 12:30 to 6:30 p.m. Free babysitting is available. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments can be made by calling Wendy Amundsen at 952-443-2531.

55 Alive. The Minnesota Highway Safe-ty Center will be offering a 55+ Refresher Driver Improvement Course in Victoria at the Acorn House, 8465 Kochia Lane, on Saturday, January 12^th, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Victoria Community Expo. Saturday, February 23^rd, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sponsored by the Victoria Chamber of Commerce.

Victoria Coffee for Seniors. Coffee is available for senior citizens every morn-ing, Mondays through Fridays, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Victoria Field House.

Victoria City Council Meetings. Upcoming city council meetings are scheduled for Thursday, December 13^th, and Thursday, December 27^th. They begin at 6:30 p.m.

Victoria Lions meet the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the Victoria Hall on Rose Street at 6:30 p.m.

Victoria Chamber of Commerce meets on an irregular basis.

Victoria Senior Citizens meet weekly on Thursdays at the Acorn House in Diethelm Park.

Victoria City Council meets on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Victoria Hall on Rose Street. There are also special council meetings and workshops scheduled throughout the year.

Victoria American Legion meets monthly. Established in 1995. Call Dan Steinhagen, Carver County Veterans Officer, for more information.

Victoria Toastmasters meet the second and fourth Thursdays at 7:00 p.m.
