Victoria Fishing Contest. The 22nd annual Victoria Fishing Contest will be held on Sunday, February 1st, on Stieger Lake in Victoria from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Food and beverage available as well as lots of grand prizes and drawings for prizes.

Victoria Bloodmobile. The next Red Cross Bloodmobile in Victoria is scheduled for Monday, January 19th, from 12:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Victoria Field House on Kochia Lane. Free babysitting and refreshments are available. Drop-ins are welcome but you are also invited to make an appointment by calling Wendy Amundsen at 952-443-2531. Please consider contributing the gift of life.

Victoria City Council Meetings. The next Victoria City Council meetings are scheduled for Thursday, January 8th, and Thursday, January 22nd. All city council meetings are held at Victoria City Hall on Rose Street at 6:30 p.m.

Victoria Lions meet the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the Victoria Hall on Rose Street at 6:30 p.m.

Victoria Chamber of Commerce meets on an irregular basis.

Victoria Senior Citizens meet weekly on Thursdays at the Acorn House in Diethelm Park.

Victoria American Legion meets monthly. Established in 1995. Call Dan Steinhagen, Carver County Veterans Officer, for more information.

Victoria Toastmasters meet the second and fourth Thursdays at 7:00 p.m.
