Said Mayor Thun, "I know that Holy Family provides staff and volunteers for city festivals. Thank you for being a big part of the community. We appreciate it very much." *Council approved the vacation of a portion of Lakes Parkway and Acorn Run at Lakebridge to accommodate a street realignment in Krey Lakes 4th Addition. *Council approved the final plat for Krey Lakes 4th Addition. It includes 25 lots, the majority owned by D. R. Horton, and four by Pemtom. A revised preliminary plat was approved in April. All lots will be at least 70 feet in width. All lots will have at least 10 feet sideyard setbacks. Parkland dedication for active recreation and trails is 5.4 acres. Other space deeded to the city amounts to 54.2 acres. Approval of the final plat was recommended unanimously by the Planning Commission.
