Independence Day. Monday, July 4th, celebrating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. The thirteen American colonies declared their independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain.

Concert Nights. Wednesdays July 6th (Buk Club), July 13th (MN Valley Community Band), July 20th (Elvis), July 27th (Cedar Avenue Big Band).

Classic Car Nights. Wednesdays, July 6th, and July 20th.

Lions Tournament Weekend. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, July 15th, 16th, 17th, at Lions Tournament. Burgers, brats, beer, and ballgames.

Victoria Lions Bloodmobile. The American Red Cross Blood Drive sponsored by the Victoria Lions will be held on Monday, July 25th, from 1 to 7 p.m. at the Victoria Recreation Center, 8475 Kochia Lane. Expect a call from a Red Cross representative during the month, sharing details of the drive and asking for appointments. City Council Meetings. Held the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month. July 11th and July 25th, 6:30 p.m., at City Hall on Stieger Lake Lane.
