Victoria Brownie Troop 15044 assembled 150 sandwiches for The Sandwich Project of Minnesota at their May meeting. The Sandwich Project distributes sandwiches to the homeless and food shelves in the Minneapolis area. The troop needed to do a service project and this is the organization we decided to help. The sandwiches are turkey, bologna, and cheese. They were delivered to a drop-off location. Volunteers deliver them to shelters. The troop funded the project with proceeds from their holiday boutique and cookie sales. All of the girls are from Victoria.
