Victoria Gazette - Hook Line & Sinker Column

One of my favorite fish sandwiches comes from McDonald's. And when they're in the Pick Two program, I get two for $5. Can you beat that? Some of you don't care for McDonald's, but I love everything about it and I know their menu absolutely by heart. Their fish sandwiches include a slice of cheese and a big dollop of tartar sauce that has a tendency to ooze out the sides. Mmmmm. I'll now be preparing some of the walleye that Allan brought home a couple weeks ago from a fishing trip to Canada. It will also be tasty. I'm not a snob.

When I dipped into the minnow bucket this time I pulled out Steve Carr of Victoria to win the $10. Congratulations, Steve. As you can see, the fishhook was hiding along the trunk of the tree on page 26 of the September Gazette, between the branches and the roots.
