To the Editor: Just a short note to remind everyone that the new Fresh Seasons is one of the best things that has happened to Victoria in years. What a wonderful addition. To the Editor: Could we have a better neighbor than Fresh Seasons Market? They support our community events, churches, kids programs, and offer a delicious assortment of food that’s only steps from our door. To the Editor: In the hopes that my letter helps make at least one more person decide to support our local grocery store, I’m sending you confirmation that I do frequent Fresh Seasons on a regular basis and love it. I have yet to understand the logic of someone who drives all over town trying to get the best bargain when our best bargain is right here in Victoria. After figuring time, wear and tear on your vehicle, cost of gas, etc., the few dollars supposedly saved come up empty. I’ve attended many Victoria City Council meetings where I heard person after person stand up and say they wanted a grocery store. Well, it’s here! And a mighty fine one too!! I’m doing my part and am asking others to do theirs too. I’m really looking forward to the Thanksgiving Dinner Fresh Seasons is fixing for me and will be ordering other meals as the holidays approach. Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday season.
