Independence Day. Thursday, July 4th. A federal holiday commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence by the Continental Congress on July 4th, 1776. "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness."

Classic Car Wednesdays. July 10th and July 24th, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. in downtown Victoria.

Victoria Fire Dept Centennial. Saturday, July 13th. Celebrating at the Victoria Recreation Center from 12 noon to 12 midnight. Antique fire trucks, bands, fireworks, food, and beverages.

Victoria Bloodmobile. Monday, July 15th, at the Victoria Recreation Center from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. Call 763-354-9310 to make an appointment. Walk-ins also welcome.

Concerts in the Park. Wednesday, July 10th, and Wednesday, July 17th, at Lions Park in Victoria from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

Lions Tournament Weekend. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, July 19th through 21st, at Lions Park in Victoria. Food & fun.

City Council Mondays. July 8th and July 22nd at City Hall on Rose Street in downtown Victoria. Begins at 6:30 p.m.
