To the Editor: Would you please mail the Gazette to Gregg Lovell, the new president at KleinBank here in Victoria since December 2008? He never has time to read it at work so would like to receive it at home. Thank you. Happy spring! Golfing tomorrow! Jim Emmer Victoria, Minnesota
To the Editor: Thank you for the special “Glamma” recognition in your newspaper last month. This week one of my sisters, Rosie, is visiting from Wyoming and I will be taking your paper with me to our Sister Day to show off. What a Glamma Sue! Thank you. Glamma Carol Lindner Mayer, Minnesota
To the Editor: Thank you very much for putting my story in your paper. It was great. You did a good job as always. Many thanks. Love, Mae Schmid Victoria, Minnesota
To the Editor: Hi, Sue. Read your paper on the way to Columbus, Ohio, to visit our wonderful grandkids (three of them) and daughter Lori. You understand about the grandkids. Found your fishhook. Linda Worm Chaska, Minnesota
To the Editor: On Wednesday, April 29th, Victoria will be hosting a mobile workshop as part of the national planning conference. We will be doing a seminar on walking audits along with Tracy Bade and Paul Moline from Carver County. The bus should be arriving at City Hall around 9:45 a.m. You’re welcome to join the fun! Holly Kreft Community Planning Director Victoria, Minnesota
To the Editor: Thank you for the Gazettes with my family in them. You did a fine job in sharing this history. Keep up the good work. Your paper is a good example of quality journalism. Thank you. Diane Postel Arlington, Minnesota
To the Editor: We see your little ones on your photo site online. What a delight. Our little Max is perfect too. There is always room for one more in the baby world. Greet Allan. Sending love and a little cash for the Gazette. Sue Boatman White Bear Lake, Minnesota
To the Editor: I am sending this email to everyone I know because it would be useful for any home emergency when we can’t reach a phone. Put your car keys beside your bed at night. If you hear a noise outside your home or someone trying to get into your house, just press the panic button for your car. The alarm will be set off and the horn will continue to sound until either you turn it off or the car battery dies. It’s a security system that you probably already have and requires no installation. It could also be useful for an emergency such as a heart attack. Pretty neat idea. Never thought of it before. Howard Wigfield Shakopee, Minnesota
To the Editor: I want to personally invite you, Sue, on behalf of Holy Family Catholic High School President Jim Hamburge, Principal Kathie Brown, our faculty, alumni, and students to attend the upcoming dedication of our beautiful “Convocation Circle” on the Campus of Holy Family on Friday, May 8th. Your assistance in getting the word out about Holy Family has been greatly appreciated and we’d love to have you join us. Therese Bartlett, Communications Holy Family Catholic High School Victoria, Minnesota
