Main Street in Downtown Victoria was moving with many Munchkins in masquerade on Saturday afternoon, October 29th, and their attire left no doubt that it was the Halloween Season. Most of the little people were not dressed as ghosts, goblins, or ghouls but, rather, favorite characters from books, television, big screen, and real life. Scary does seem more suited for bigger kids. Another mild fall day helped ensure a good turnout for the Victoria Lions who sponsored the afternoon, worked the various Halloween games, distributed prizes, and served food. Thank you, Victoria Lions, for serving the community in so many ways. And thank you, Victoria Business Owners Association, for becoming a partner in bringing us this fun family event.
