GAZETTE

To the Editor:

I am writing in support of Jim Keeler for Carver County Attorney.  I have known Jim and his family personally for over a decade.  Jim is a man of integrity, both dedicated and hardworking.  He and his family have been Carver County residents for the past twenty years.

Jim has served this community for the past three years as the Carver County Attorney.  He was appointed to this position by the unanimous vote of the five current Carver County Commissioners.

Jim has more than 20 years of criminal prosecution experience conducting more than 80 jury trials involving murder, gang crimes, and DWI as well as sexual assault, child abuse, and domestic assault.  All are issues our community cares about deeply.  Jim has been successful in obtaining tough sentences in these cases including life without parole, Minnesota’s most severe penalty.

Carver County deserves the integrity, skills, and nonpartisan leadership Jim Keeler brings to the county attorney’s office as an experienced prosecutor.  Don’t settle for anything less.  Vote Keeler on November 2nd.  Visit www.jimkeeler.org.
