To the Editor: Hi, Sue. Another year has gone by already. Still enjoy the Gazette very much so will subscribe for another year. Hope all is well in Victoria. We now have 30 inches of snow on the ground here in Bemidji. Wonder if we'll ever see spring. Linda Barcus Bemidji, Minnesota
To the Editor: Very nice write-up on Fr. Bernardine Hahn. I was in high school when he was at Guardian Angels. The gym got started in 1956. Bill and I got married in 1961 and he was in the Air Force stationed in San Antonio. We went to Mass at a church -- it must have been St. Leonard's -- and there was Fr. B. We had him over for dinner. Unless there is another Immaculate Conception Church in Omaha (Fr. B.'s home parish), my son David and his wife Teresa go to Immaculate Conception in Omaha. She said it used to be a Franciscan church but it is now a Polish church and they have the traditional Latin Mass which they love. Wish I would have taken a picture of Fr. B. and his San Antonio church. You can never take too many pictures of people and places, right? Marlene and Bill Paal Chaska, Minnesota
To the Editor: Your paper gets better each month. I really enjoy it. Keep up the good work. I found the fishhook on page 32 wrapped around the Birthright phone. I'm mailing this with my renewal check. Doris Strom Shorewood, Minnesota
To the Editor: Yes, put me down for another year. Check enclosed. Now being 75 years old today, this will be my birthday present to myself. Love some of those old pictures of Victoria. My southern friends can't believe the excitement over ice fishing in Victoria. Keep up the good work. Daniel Schwalbe High Point, North Carolina
To the Editor: Thank you for your timely information, inspiration, and coverage of community activities. We so enjoy your news each edition. Renewal check enclosed. Darel and Barb Swanson Carver, Minnesota

To the Editor: To you and your staff, wishing all of you a very Happy Easter and also to my friends in the area. Enclosed is my annual subscription fee. Nice story about Father Bernardine. I knew him when I lived in Chaska years ago. He was a very nice person. Your fishhook is in the Birthright ad on page 32. Ethel Schneider Shakopee, Minnesota
To the Editor: Thanks, Sue, and all "your people" for this wonderful paper. You all do an awesome job. Wishing you another great year. Barb Rizor LeSueur, Minnesota
To the Editor: Good afternoon. The Legislature is on break and Rep. Ernie Leidiger would appreciate the opportunity to stop by your office or chat via phone if you would like to have a reporter cover the 2013 Legislative Session and issues that are important to the area. Please let me know if this is of interests to you and we can work out a date and time. Hope to talk soon. Laura P. Larson House GOP Caucus St. Paul, Minnesota
