To the Editor:

I have written the attached column concerning a March Primary Bill I authored this year in the MN Senate.  I appreciate your consideration in having this published in the upcoming paper.  Also, as a point of reference, they will have an informational hearing on March 19th in the Rules and Administration Elections Subcommittee.

To the Editor:

Your paper is absolutely the best hometown paper in the U.S.A.  We can't wait to read it.   Thanks for incredible efforts.  We don't know how you get all of this done.

To the Editor:

I am hoping we can get some photos of old Victoria from your collection.  Janney and I would love to pick some out for Victoria's Market.  We plan on having your photos silk screened on the walls, where I showed you, and I will make sure they include "Photos Courtesy of Sue Orsen and the Victoria Gazette" in each picture.

To the Editor:

It remains "my distinct and ongoing pleasure" to read the Gazette, tho it is not often that I read of a former parishioner of acquaintance of my time in "the land of sky blue waters."  Vernon Buller is one of those rarities -- a student at Guardian Angels High School.  Love y'all.

To the Editor:

About six months ago, I ran into a friend that I had not seen for some time.  Our boys played together in Chaska/Chan youth hockey.  He mentioned to me a local men's Bible study he was involved in, meeting once a week in Chanhassen.

My buddy encouraged me to attend.  I visited and now "I'm all in!"  We meet each  Thursday morning at 7:30 a.m.  Our conversations are different from what occurs at sporting events or local bars.  The perspective is unique and often humorous.

Our belief in God leads us with a desire to learn of His Word.  Faith needs exercise just like other aspects of our health.  This study is giving men the assurance of where we are in our walk of faith.

Most of us are old enough to have experienced some life challenges and disappointments.  We embolden each other with similar experiences.  When all is said and done, our challenges do not define us.  Our reaction to those challenges will define us.

As fathers we are responsible for preparing our children for life beyond our home.  All too soon they will seek to start families of their own.  We need to be well versed in our leadership role.  The direction is not always evident.  Studying the Bible helps us with our journey.

Men of all ages and denominations are welcome to join us.  New families to the Victoria and Chanhassen area may find this an excellent source of information about local Christian churches.

Our men's Bible study uses Lamplighters International material.  Booklets are provided at no cost to all new attendees.  Each study is focused on God's work.  There is no bad timing to get started.  All of man's great journeys begin with an initial step.  For further information, Tom at 952-451-3383.

To the Editor:

Thank you for the nice pictures of your parents and family. You make my coming Easter "extra complete".  Frankly, when you see almost all the family, I too thought of your sister's  grandson, Carter.  How is he now ?

I still have a request (if possible, of course).  When you'll take pictures in the Arboretum about burgeoning nature, don't forget to take a picture of that bed with boxwood, mixed with flowers (square size of four meters).  I still find so charming and I am anxious to know how they'll plant it this year.  Again big thanks, greetings, and love to you all across the Big Pond
