Spending a couple hours at the Interlaken Club in Minneapolis every January and eating torsk with a whole room full of authentic Norwegians is like a close encounter of the third kind.

We're seventy-five years strong.

It proves that what you eat and drink

Can help you live quite long.

Allan and I have traveled to Belgium and the Netherlands a couple of times, and many other parts of Europe where the blood of our ancestors does not flow, but now we hope to become personally acquainted with Norway. Maybe this summer. Maybe not. How can we count on tomorrow when even today is fleeting?
