*Council approved the final plat of Rhapsody North 2nd addition for 33 single family lots. The final plat of the 1st addition was approved for 16 single family lots in November 2013. Preliminary plat of the 49 lots was approved last September.

*Council held a closed meeting on June 9th to discuss the potential sale of the city-owned 13.5 acres just west of the Victoria downtown business district.

*Reported Ann Mahnke on June 9th about the Band Shell proposed for construction down near the shores of Stieger Lake in downtown Victoria, "The last communication was that, because of the soils, the cost are coming out rather high, costs for excavation and the installation of pillars. We are having a meeting tomorrow."

*Council approved a contract with a new vendor for lower priced service and better efficiency of credit card payments for utilities, buildings permits, recreation program fees, and memberships.

*Council awarded Life Fitness a lease agreement for some new equipment at the Victoria Recreation Center. Lease cost for six treadmills, four bikes, and six ellipticals, including delivery, setup, training, and preventative maintenance is $17,570 annually for four years.

*Council approved crack sealing of streets in Rhapsody and Savanna Valley at a cost of $14,868.

*Council continued a public hearing to July 28th, to establish a redevelopment project area in order to issue the EDA Lease Revenue Bonds for financing the new City Hall and Public Works facility.
