Independence Day. Tuesday, July 4th, celebrating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. The thirteen American colonies declared their independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain.
Full Moon. Sunday, July 9th. The moon is fully illuminated as seen from earth. At Full Moon, the moon and sun are on a line with earth in between, as though the moon and sun are sitting on either end of a seesaw.
