         Mayor Funk reported that maintenance work has been done up in Three Rivers Park that could mitigate or eliminate flooding at Zumbra.

WANT TWO-LANE UNDIVIDED CITY STREET

         Residents want a city street with a city design, no median, the existing width, no trail, monitored and enforceable speed under 40 mph.

MAY BE EXPANDED TO CONNECT CITY TRAILS

         Council takes a step back to ask more questions, get more answers, and set priorities for the franchise fee.
